Chris G, Born and grew up in Wigan, started DJing at Wigan Roller Rink around 1987 (I am that old!!!!) before progressing onto Main Street night clubs alongside helping locals DJs with Weddings & Birthdays etc.
In 1990 I landed a gig at The Pier and was one of the original resident Friday night DJs alongside Malc T & Ruddy at the Dreaming a Dream (DAD) nights. This was the beginning of my love of this music and it has stayed with me ever since.
My favourite genres tend to be on the deeper side of house but you will find me dropping uplifting piano breaks into my sets as a nod back to those early Pier nights back in the early 90s.
